- 1 oz. light
rum
- 1 oz. Malibu® coconut rum
- 2 oz. strawberries (fresh
or frozen)
- 1 small banana
- 2 oz. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
- 2 oz. coconut cream
Place strawberries, light rum, and dark rum into a blender. Puree until smooth and pour into a tall glass. Rinse out blender, then puree banana, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut until smooth.
Slowly pour the banana mixture into the strawberry mixture and watch the lava rise!
