On Wednesday January 19th around 6:45pm an 11 month old baby boy was shot in the left cheek of his  face while sitting in the car with his mother on valentine Ave  near E198th street around the Bedford Park neighborhood. The child was taken to St Barnabas Hospital, but as the condition got worse he was transported to Colombus Presbyterian Hospital
